Welcome to hotomol. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hotomol.com and any related services (the “Service”), operated by Advaith Sankar Mohan, a sole proprietor doing business under the name “hotomol” from India (“hotomol”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or uploading content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 (or below the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You further represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
hotomol lets you upload HTML files and share them via a permanent URL. Free accounts may host up to 10 pages, each up to 1 MB in size. We reserve the right to change these limits with reasonable notice.
You sign in using a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account. You agree to:
You retain all rights in the HTML content you upload (“User Content”). hotomol does not claim ownership.
To operate the Service, you grant hotomol a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and cache your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and anyone you share it with. This licence ends when you delete the content, subject to reasonable backup retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload and share the content, and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that we believe violates these Terms or poses a risk to users, the Service, or third parties. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will give reasonable advance notice before any fees apply to your account.
You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which removes your pages and personal data from our systems subject to reasonable backup retention (see Privacy Policy).
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or to comply with law or protect the Service. Upon termination, the licence you granted us in Section 4 ends (subject to backup retention).
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that any particular content will be retained.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hotomol and Advaith Sankar Mohan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims shall not exceed ₹1,000 (or the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advaith Sankar Mohan (operating as hotomol) from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days in advance when reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
